My daughter thinks Peter is the best teacher in the whole entire world. Peters enthusiasm and great teaching has helped her come a long way in a short period of time. His patience and understanding plus the fact he can get a 6 yr old to stay focused for half an hour is no mean feat. Each student will receive professional training and mentoring starting from the basics to advanced. Anyone that tried even once to sit behind a drum kit will say that drumming is lots of fun. These days of modern and stressful living an hour of drumming can be a great way to let off some steam. Besides lowering both blood pressure and stress hormones, drumming can increase alpha wave activity in the brain that can calm the mind and even achieve a meditative state. Some studies have shown that drummers have increased endorphins ā the hormones that cause feelings of happiness and euphoria. Why donāt you give a try and kick some drums!
